Agility can be a game changer in recruitment. Today, Artificial Intelligence tools can speed up the analysis of the best candidates for each position.

With this in mind, Venturus was challenged to optimize how candidates from the Talent Pool were leveraged by an HR company.

The existing system was static, rarely updated, and lacked intelligent mechanisms to generate new insights about the market or redirect candidates to new opportunities.
