Because we are an Institute, we have the commitment to deliver value to society. For this reason, we create educational courses, carry out our projects consciously and create professional opportunities for minority groups.

We offer an environmental self-declaration methodology for Zeroing the carbon footprint in the projects in which we work.

Still in a sealed commitment to sustainability, we have a waste management program that involves the correct disposal of waste for recycling and electronic waste.

Education and Community

We empower the community to work in the programming and IT area by creating educational opportunities through vnt/school, the Venturus corporate university.

Some initiatives: technical training program for high school students, Venturus 4Tech and participation in Hacktowns.

In a commitment to the local community, we also make frequent donations of discarded machines and products. In 2022, there were more than R$ 33,000 in donations.

Detecção de vazamento de água potável do Venturus

Drinking water leak detection

We carried out a Drinking Water Leak Detection project that had a strong environmental impact in the Campinas region, in the interior of São Paulo.

DVAP, as it's called, helps reduce the high Distribution Loss Index (IPD) of treated water in Brazil. We were recently awarded the Tele Yearbook. Synthesis and Innovation in Communications.

Electromobility

We have developed an innovative digital platform for electromobility. O Voltta is an application created in partnership with Entech, which allows electric vehicle charging infrastructure management, improving the electric mobility experience for users.

Impact on society

We created the Carona VNT, a carpool program that makes it easier to travel to Venturus - we offer home office, hybrid and face-to-face work options, at the employee's expense.

The objective is Encourage the reduction of carbon emissions and create a sense of community in the company.
