Intelligent Automation for Logistics Labeling
How we engineered an automated system to standardize, track and accelerate industrial workflows.

Case Overview
The client managed a high-mix production line featuring boxes of various sizes and weights. While necessary for their diverse product portfolio, this variety created operational hurdles that weren't always visible at first glance.
As demand surged and the need for enhanced control and traceability grew, it became clear: the manual model had reached its limit and could no longer keep pace with the business.
In practice, this led to:
Constant manual adjustments for every change in box dimensions.
Heavy reliance on manual labor, creating persistent bottlenecks.
Frequent downtime and rework, disrupting the overall production rhythm.
Key Challenges
Process Adaptability
Handling a wide range of box sizes and weights without the need for constant manual recalibration.
Labeling Standardization
Eliminating manual errors to ensure 100% automated readability and visual consistency across the entire line.
Throughput Efficiency
Reducing downtime and rework by eliminating manual interventions that disrupt the production flow.
Traceability & Systems Integration
Syncing real-time data with management systems (MES and ERP) for total visibility into production and logistics.
The solution
We engineered a custom Pick and Place automated system dedicated to labeling and package organization, fully integrated with the existing conveyor systems and management software.
How It Works
01.
Identification & Verification
The system identifies the position, orientation, and dimensions of each package in real time. The robot then handles and verifies the volume without any manual input.
02.
High-Precision Validated Labeling
The robot applies labels with surgical precision, ensuring total standardization and repeatability. The system instantly validates the application, ensuring compliance and real-time traceability.
03.
Streamlined Sorting & Flow
Packages are organized and automatically routed back to the conveyor, ensuring a seamless transition to the next stage with fewer errors and tighter process control.
Results
Increased line productivity
Reduction in unscheduled downtime
Full standardization of the labeling process
Enhanced end-to-end traceability
