We developed a product request management platform that centralized Thales’ operations, eliminated rework, and transformed hours of labor into minutes.
Case background
Thales is a global multinational operating in over 60 countries, developing information systems and cutting-edge technology solutions for sectors such as Defense, Aerospace, Cybersecurity, and Digital security.
Given the scale of their global footprint, Thales turned to Venturus to build a unified product request system that would be fast, intuitive, and easy to track across all stages.
Previously, this workflow was manual, decentralized, and heavily spreadsheet-driven. The result? Constant rework, cross-departmental communication gaps, and lost productivity.
Our challenge
Since this was a completely greenfield platform, we had to dive deep into Thales’ internal processes to figure out how to build the best possible solution.
Discovery & Data Mapping
The Venturus Design team led an extensive discovery phase to truly understand the operational workflow and user needs. Concurrently, we mapped out all the legacy manual data that needed to be seamlessly integrated into the new platform.
Solution Development
Armed with these insights, we co-designed and developed the Product Management platform alongside the client. Our Design, Front-end, Back-end, and QA (Quality Assurance) teams worked in a fully integrated Agile environment.
Product Environment Testing
Prior to the official launch, the solution was rigorously tested in a production environment with live integration into Thales’ database, ensuring stability and security from day one.
