The company’s main touchpoints with users are its web platform, for companies, and mobile app, for workers.
With a new Design System and redesigned interfaces, Caju turned to Venturus as a trusted partner to test and validate both the new look and the overall user experience.

What we did
Our Design team planned and conducted both in-person and remote usability tests with participants representing Caju’s target audiences.
All tests were completed in less than a month, ensuring the validation process didn’t impact the launch timeline of the new products.

The process:
- 1. Defining recruitment criteria and sending targeted invitations
