Caju is one of Brazil’s leading corporate benefits companies, serving over 40,000 businesses nationwide.

The company’s main touchpoints with users are its web platform, for companies, and mobile app, for workers.

With a new Design System and redesigned interfaces, Caju turned to Venturus as a trusted partner to test and validate both the new look and the overall user experience.

Our Design team planned and conducted both in-person and remote usability tests with participants representing Caju’s target audiences.

The choice for in-person testing helped prevent information leaks and allowed us to capture users’ spontaneous reactions in real time.

The process:

  • 1. Defining recruitment criteria and sending targeted invitations
  • 2. Creating a test script with real-life usage scenarios and essential tasks
  • 3. Conducting sessions with direct observation and live feedback from an observation room (in-person tests)
