To enhance the quality of its operations, a leading industrial company partnered with Venturus to develop a solution that would:
- Automate the inspection of electronic components in its products.
- Predict and reduce failures on the assembly line.
The Solution
To address this challenge, we developed a custom hardware module capable of capturing high-resolution images and integrated it with an Artificial Intelligence system to automatically inspect electronic components.
Here's how it works:
1. The module’s camera captures images of the circuit boards moving along the production line.
2. The AI system compares each board against an ideal reference model.
3. The solution automatically identifies whether the board meets specifications.
4. When it doesn’t, the system generates a report highlighting missing or incorrect components.
