The business challenge
A major agribusiness franchisor approached us with a specific request: build a chatbot to provide exchange rate updates (USD) to their partners.

We took a deep dive into the user journey and identified that a basic chatbot would have a short lifespan and low engagement. Our strategy was to pivot: rather than a passive lookup tool, we proposed a centralized super app.
