The business challenge

A major agribusiness franchisor approached us with a specific request: build a chatbot to provide exchange rate updates (USD) to their partners.

While this was a valid need, our experts recognized it was just the tip of the iceberg. Rural producers and franchisees needed more than just information: they needed management capabilities.

The real challenge wasn't just "answering questions," but digitizing the relationship between the franchisor and the field by centralizing tools that were previously scattered.

Expanding the vision with Product Discovery

Instead of simply executing the initial order, the Venturus Design and Innovation team used discovery methodologies to validate the concept.

We took a deep dive into the user journey and identified that a basic chatbot would have a short lifespan and low engagement. Our strategy was to pivot: rather than a passive lookup tool, we proposed a centralized super app.
